Eligibility and Enrollment for Medical Assistance
- Pueblo StepUp is an official Colorado Medical Assistance Site, qualified to determine eligibility and enroll individuals, families and pregnant women in Medicaid or Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+).
- If you have uninsured children age 0 to 18, or are pregnant and uninsured, you or your children might be eligible for Medicaid or CHP+. Our qualified staff can determine whether you are eligible, get you enrolled in benefits and assist you in navigating your benefits.
