By collaborating with partners around Pueblo, we can:
- Reach more uninsured children and families in both Pueblo school districts, providing access to health care and keeping children well and in school;
- Help uninsured pregnant women obtain medical benefits that will allow them to seek the prenatal medical care they need to give their unborn children a healthy start in life;
- Provide well-being checks and lifestyle counseling to assist seniors to live independently as long as possible;
- Give adults at risk for chronic illness tools to prevent and/or manage chronic illness.
Some of our partners include Pueblo City Schools, Pueblo School District #70, Pueblo Community Health Center, St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center, Parkview Medical Center, the Pueblo City / County Health Department, the Senior Resource Development Agency (SRDA), Pueblo Housing Authority, Pueblo City/County Housing and Human Services and Pueblo West Metropolitan District.
